Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

The main carcass of the kit is laser cut from high quality card

This kit also includes any pre-cut external vernacular detailing, pre-printed windows and features multiple lighting apertures in the base.
