All kits come with full colour, step by step instructions - just add paint & glue!

This kit is precision (laser) cut from quality mount card and laser grade MDF, which enables crisper detailing and accuracy to scale.  Petite Properties’new kits are not only highly realistic, but easily affordable too!  Each kit within this new range has been designed to complement and Petite Properties’ houses, cottages or shops.
