Crimple Cottage is part of our ‘Memory Lane’ range of 1:48th scale dolls house kits by Petite Properties. The cottage can be purchased individually or as part of the complete ‘Memory Lane’ street scene.
The design for this kit is just a little bit different as it is one of the eight properties which bring the Petite Properties’ logo to life. Memory Lane is so named as each property holds a meaning to Tony, Bea, Mo and Lucy, the PP family.
Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

The cottage itself has a removable front elevation and front roof and features 2 internal rooms over 2 floors.
Approximate constructed dimensions
- Width = 6.5cm
- Depth = 8.5cm
- Height = 14cm (to the top of the chimney pot)
For the roofing we have used our pre-cut plain roofing tile strips, we suggest that one pack of tiles will be required to completely roof the cottage.
