Memory Lane is very special collection of eight individual 1:48th kits which have been inspired by our very own Petite Properties' logo.
Available individually or as a complete street, each property has been named to celebrate a special 'Broadwood' family memory or place. So why not build you own miniature street and bring your memories to life.
Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

I had a great time building and then decorating these properties during the first few weeks of lockdown. I used air drying clay to make the roof tiles for some, for others I used tile strips. I didn't copy the colours used but I am pleased with the results. I used a piece of shelving made to look like pavement to mount the buildings on and added a few trees made from clay and foam. I put lights in each house and the effect is magical. The kits were easy to put together and the end product is admired by everyone.April Close (%22 %b %2020, %08:%Aug)
