Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!
The kit also includes pre-cut external vernacular detailing, glazing & doors and features an aperture in the base for lighting.
The main carcass of this model is cut from 2mm MDF with the architectural detailing being from a high density card.

- Width = 12 cm
- Depth = 10 cm (incuding rear scullery)
- Height = 9.5 cm
Please note that the images show a constructed OO Gauge railway kit and also a completed/decorated basic house kit where additional craft items have been used, these additional craft items are not included within the kit.
these do have the issue of the rear chimney blocking the gulley but i just left this off and it has made a really charming set of cottages - these are very small and humble looking so great if you need a 'distant' cottage using forced perspective. All the PP kits are fab fun to make up and decorate, this is my 4th, and im only back here as im ordering more.Andy Paxton (%26 %b %2022, %16:%Sep)
