Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!
The kit also includes pre-cut external vernacular detailing, glazing & doors and features an aperture in the base for lighting.
The main carcass of this model is cut from 2mm MDF with the architectural detailing being from a high density card.

Paint effects & colours:I also used two packs of Petite Properties’ Roof Tile Strips for the roof, along with 2 sheets of victorian brickwork paper and the following shades from their paint range too. However, you can of course use whichever paint you are happy or familiar with using!
