Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!
The kit also includes pre-cut external vernacular detailing, glazing & doors and features an aperture in the base for lighting.
The main carcass of this model is cut from 2mm MDF with the architectural detailing being from a high density card.

Please note that the images show a constructed OO Gauge railway kit and also a completed/decorated basic house kit where additional craft items have been used, these additional craft items are not included within the kit.
Enjoyable to assemble; relatively easy but with enough of a challenge to make it interesting, particularly in putting on whatever exterior cladding you prefer. The basic shell is sturdy and fitted together nicely, and could probably withstand a fair degree of modification. I've made mine into a single-bar pub in an industrial area, a beerhouse really, and am very pleased with the result.David C. (%27 %b %2019, %10:%Nov)
This kit went together very fast indeed, all parts needed no sanding or fitting, I elected to build it as a dwelling rather then a shop, and the design of the kit meant it was only a case of leaving things out, I used Slaters embossed plastic for surface details and added a porch, downpipes, phone and insulators, the usual. Thoroughly satisfying and enough of a challenge to keep the interest .
