Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

The house itself has a removable front elevation and front roof.There are 4 internal rooms over 2 floors in the main house and 1 room in the side scullery.
Approx constructed dimensions- Width = 23.5 cm
- Depth = 11 cm (including side scullery)
- Height = 15 cm
