The house itself has a removable front elevation and front roof.There are 4 internal rooms over 2 floors in the main house and 1 room in the sun room.

- Height = 16 cm (to top of chimney pots)

Bea’s top tips for August Cottage
· This kit has been specifically designed to feature a thatched main roof and so is not suitable for roof tiles.
· If you apply air dry clay to the roof to create the thatched finish, ensure that the roof is left to dry at room temperature.
· Due to the water content in air dry clay, you may need to sand the interior of each dormer window, to ensure it fits easily into position on the cottage
