Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

The house itself has a removable front elevation and front roof. There are 4 internal rooms over 2 floors.
Approx constructed dimensions- Width = 16 cm
- Depth = 10 cm
- Height = 18 cm
For the roofing we have used our pre-cut plain roofing tiles, we suggest that one & a half packs of tiles will be required to completely roof the cottage. We have also used our Floor Tile paper and our Floorboard paper.
