Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!
So what's included?
- Precision cut MDF kit (for the dolls house carcass)
- Pre-cut windows & glazing
- Pre-cut doors
- Pre-cut wall supports
- Pre-cut architectural detailing
The house itself has a removable front elevation and front roof. There are 2 internal rooms over 2 floors. It also have an ourdoor toilet and rear store.
Approx constructed dimensions- Width = 17 cm
- Depth = 13 cm (including side scullery & wall supports)
- Height = 15.5 cm
For the roofing we have used our pre-cut plain roofing tiles, we suggest that two packs of tiles will be required to completely roof the cottage.
Please note that the images show a constructed kit and also a completed/decorated kit where additional craft items have been used, these additional craft items are not included within the kit.
