Havisham Hall Kit 1:48th

Havisham Hall is part of our ‘The Dolls House Collection' range of 1:48th scale dolls house kits by Petite Properties… 

Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property.  You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

Havisham Hall has a removal front elevation and removable roof for easy access. It has 11 internal rooms & 4 floors. The partitions supplied are optional and can be fitted where you choose.

• Height = 33.5 cm

To paint ‘Havisham Hall’ Bea used the following  colours from Petite Properties’ paint range:

Interior 

Floorboards: Old Beams, Wood Stove.  Walls: Wishy Washy Stone

Exterior

 Walls, architectural details & windows: Dirty Stone Mortar, Mucky Paint, Old Beams, Warm Stone,  Rusty Bucket Red, Stormy Skies, Wishy Washy Stone

Front door: Wood Stove

Roof: Mucky Paint & Dirty Stone Mortar

To tile the roof I used two packs of Petite Properties ‘Roof Tile’ Strips - £5.99 each
