The house itself has a removable front elevation and front roof. There are 4 internal rooms over 2 floors. It also has 2 internal fireplaces.

To tile the roof Bea used 1½ packs of Petite Properties’Plain Roof TileStrips - £5.99 each
Bea also used two sheets of Petite Properties’Victorian Brick Paper (£1.50 per sheet )
