La Belle Boutique
This kit was only my third build in 1/48th and by far the most detailed I have worked on to date. The kit was so much easier to put together than I first thought and Bea's book on Exterior finishes was a great help with the French roof. Beautiful and easy to do kit
My boutique is a tea room with cakes etc and tables and chairs on the ground floor. I chose to have a living room in the middle floor in shades of lilac and the top floor is a bedroom in which I added an ensuite a first for me - but it was easy and is in shades of lemon. Fantastic French building.
I used this kit to make a French Cafe with a garden - Le Cafe du Jardin, wonderful kit. I love the front with its detailed windows, very happy!Robert Crouch (%09 %b %2020, %18:%May)

What a beautiful kit - I have always wanted to live in France so this was a no brainer. Stunning plinth just adds that air to my property. Accurately cut (beyond what I expected) and arrived in South Africa without a hiccup...cant wait to get the next ones in the range...so happy with my house..thanks to Bea and TonyLouise (%14 %b %2018, %16:%Nov)
Beautiful Kit!
I loved this kit the first time I saw it. It's a beautiful design, with unique and interesting details like the little balconies. The shop frontage is lovely. It was such fun to build and decorate. I opted to make mine into a little bistro, but it would make a lovely bakery, bridal shop or really any kind of shop. The instructions were fine. The kit is certainly one of my favorites.
