Le Grand Chateau is the 5th house kit to be added to our ‘Dolls House Collection’ range of 1:48th scale dolls house kits by Petite Properties…
Despite its French style architecture, this new kit was in fact inspire by a house in England. The dolls house features 6 internal rooms, plus entrance hall and 2 landing areas; spread over three floors. However, the partitions provided in the kit don’t have to be used as pictured and the internal layout can be adjusted to suit requirements.
Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!
So what's included?
- Precision cut MDF for the dolls house carcass
- Pre-cut windows, door, glazing and clock structure
- Pre-cut entrance door
- Pre-cut external vernacular detailing, roof and chimneys
- Pre-cut entrance steps etc.
The Le Grand Chateau has a fully removable front elevation and roof.
Approx constructed dimensions
- Width = 22 cm
- Depth = 13 cm (including front entrance steps)
- Height = 24.5 cm (to top of chimney stacks)
Please note that the Grand Shabby Chic Display Plinth kit is NOT included with the house although is available separately.

- Roof: Dirty Stone Mortar, In Between Green, Old Sock White
