The house itself has a removable front elevation and front roof.There are 2 internal rooms over 2 floors in the main house and 1 room in the lean too.

- Width = 17 cm (including lean too)
- Depth = 10.5 cm
- Height = 16.5 cm (to top of chimney pots)
To paint May Cottage, Bea used the following colours from Petite Properties’ paint range:
Floorboards: Mucky Paint, Wood Stove & Wishy Washy Stone
Interior walls: Old Sock White
Exterior Joinery: Old Sock White & Grandma's Green
Roof tiles: 1 1/2 packs Plain Roof Tiles
Bea used x 2 Sheets of Petite Properties’ Rustic Brick Paper - £1.50 each
To tile the roof I used 1 1/2 pack of Petite Properties’ Plain Roof TileStrips - £5.99 each
