No 2 Station Road is part of our ‘Basic House Kit’ range of 1:48th scale dolls house kits by Petite Properties… 

Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property.  You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

No 2 Station Road  has a removal front elevation and removable roof for easy access. It has 3 internal rooms & 3 floors.

• Width = 13.3 cm
• Depth =  13.7 cm
• Height = 21.2 cm

For the roofing we have used two packs of the pre-cut Plain Roofing Tiles.
