Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!
So what's included?

The house itself has a removable front elevation and front roof. There are 4 internal rooms over 2 floors.
Approx constructed dimensions- Width = 17.5 cm
- Depth = 13.5 cm
- Height = 16 cm
For the roofing we have used our pre-cut plain roofing tiles, we suggest that two packs of tiles will be required to completely roof the cottage.We have also used our 1:48th Victorian Brick paper and our Floorboard paper.
