A beautiful little kit,which i adored doing! love that it has stairs! glad that i bought the fireplaces and internal doors as well as the kit so i could put them in as i was constructing as i think it would of been a bit trickier after construction. woud love to see a mill with a waterwheel property,hopefullythere are plans for something like thatbarb foard (%01 %b %2015, %03:%Feb)

my 1st. 1/48th house; had tried 1/24th @ didnt get on with it, but loved this kit & am now hooked on this scale. houses & other kits also well cut, finished results very pleasing. love it!janet bray (%29 %b %2015, %21:%Jan)

This is a gorgeous kit, I enjoyed doing it in my own way a little different from the instructions but it is beautiful none the less and is now called Moon cottage.Barbara (%21 %b %2014, %14:%Jun)
A really NICE house kit
This is a really nicely designed kit WITH STAIRS!! I'm always a bit distressed when there are no stairs in most quarter scale kits and sometimes I try to put them in, but this has the cutest cupboard stair. Yaaay! AND it has lots of other lovely detailing like doors and windows. Looks really adaptable for many periods. Personally can't decide on Edwardian or World War II, but could be older or more modern.
