Reapers Rest 1:48th

Reaper's Rest is part of our 'Dead End' range of 1:48th scale dolls house kits by Petite Properties. This house can be purchased individually or as part of the complete ‘Dead End’ street scene..

Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property.  You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

So what's included?

• Precision cut MDF for the doll's house carcass
• Pre-cut windows

The house itself has a removable front elevation and front roof.There are 3 internal rooms plus an attic room.

Approximate constructed dimensions

• Width = 9.4cm
• Depth = 10.6cm (including front steps)
• Height = 32.5 cm (including chimney pots)

For the roofing we have used our pre-cut wonky roofing tile strips, we suggest that one pack of tiles will be required to completely roof the cottage.
