Shipping
All postage costs are based on weight of a product and the geographical location the parcel is being shipped to and is based on the current Royal Mail shipping charges. The online shop allows customers to work in either GBP, Euros, Australian Dollars, New Zealand Dollars or US Dollars for costings. However payments will only be accepted in GBP.
The overall shipping cost for your particular order is shown during the checkout stage after you have inputted the shipping address. At this stage you have still not committed to the purchase.
If required for international customer you can ship your goods tracked, during the checkout procedure, once you are logged in or have inputted your delivery details you can select tracked via the drop down menu. However please note that there is an additional cost involved. If shipped via one of these methods we will supply the tracking number the day after shipping. Also be aware that if the tracked option is not selected during checkout then the parcel is not insured against loss or damage and Petite Properties Ltd can not be held liable although we will do our upmost to deal with the issue/problem. Petite Properties does not ship to postal agent services or other international mail services.
We endeavour to ship all orders within two working days where possible but at busy times, during show season or public holidays this may not be possible. Please note that there is no shipping at weekends or on Bank Holidays. If due to unforseen circumstances there is a long delay in shipping orders there will be a notice on the home page of the shop indicating that there are delays in shipping.
Any overseas parcels weighing over 2kg cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. A house address must be provided for all large packages.
All of the shipping costs are subject to change without notice and will be changed in accordance with the Royal Mails Pricing Structure.
In line with the Royal Mails lost package conditions we can not declare a package missing or lost until 28 days after despatch.
