Stragglethorpe Manor is part of our ‘Enchanted Cottage’ range of 1:48th scale dolls house kits by Petite Properties…

The Manor itself is opened at the rear to allow you to see the intricate detailing of the interior.
Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property.  You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

• Precision cut MDF kit (for the dolls house carcass)

The house itself has an open back. There are 6 internal rooms over 2 floors.

• Width = 27 cm (includes staircase)
• Depth = 12.5 cm
• Height = 19 cm

Paints used by Bea for external decoration
To paint Stragglethorpe Manor, Bea used the following colours from Petite Properties’ paint range:

Interior -Wishy Washy Stone

Exterior -Mucky Paint, Dirt Stone Mortar, Dirty Stone, Wishy Washy Stone, Old Beams

Bea has also used 3 sheets of Floor Board paper internally and 1 sheet of Rustic Brick paper externally. On the roof used approximately 2 and a half packs of Wonky Roof Tiles.

Please note: This project is an advance one! It is definitely aimed at the miniaturist who wants to have a go at a more challenging project.
