Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions booklet which will teach how to construct & finish the property.  You can then bring the property to life as you choose! The instruction booklet is available to purchase separately.

PLEASE NOTE: The Pringle tube Bea used is approximately 26cm tall and 7.5cm wide.The Pringle tube is NOT included with the house kit.

The house itself has an open back. It has 4 internal floors (including hidden basement store)
