Product Information
Specification

The Lean To Scullery is part of our ‘Memory Lane’ range of 1:48th scale dolls house kits by Petite Properties… The scullery can be purchased individually or as part of the complete ‘Memory Lane’ street scene.

The design for this kit is inspired by the Petite Properties’ logo.  The remaining 7 kits featured in Memory Lane each have meaningful names to Tony, Bea, Mo and Lucy, the PP family.

Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property.  You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

So what's included?

  • Precision cut MDF for the doll's house carcass
  • Pre-cut windows
  • Pre-cut glazing
  • Pre-cut door
  • Pre-cut external detailing

The scullery itself has a removable front elevation and roof and features 1 internal room.

Approximate constructed dimensions

  • Width = 6cm
  • Depth =  7cm
  • Height = 11cm (to the top of the chimney pot)

For the roofing we have used our pre-cut wonky roofing tile strips, we suggest that one pack of tiles will be required to completely roof the scullery.

Paints used by Bea for external decoration

  • Old Sock White
  • Dirty Stone Mortar
  • Soot Ash
  • Stormy Skies
  • Wood Stove
  • Itchy Blanket
  • Grandma's Green
  • Mucky Paint

Please note that the images show a constructed kit and also a constructed & decorated kit where additional craft items have been used, these additional craft items are not included within the kit. Launched at Miniatura April 2016.

Very adaptable extension/scullery

12345
A really nice adaptable wee building, useful as an extension for a scullery or kitchen. Using my present one as a kitchen add-on, but working up to using 2 as a large Mediaeval living area at the back of the house once I get the money. Very versatile. (%20 %b %2018, %10:%Jan)
