Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

The kit also includes pre-cut external vernacular detailing, glazing & doors and features an aperture in the base for lighting.

The main carcass of this model is cut from 2mm MDF with the architectural detailing being from a high density card.

Please note that the images show a constructed OO Gauge railway kit and also a completed/decorated basic house kit where additional craft items have been used, these additional craft items are not included within the kit.

Warehouse

These kits are easy to put together using PVA and when finished form a very sturdy structure. Once painted they look very convincing. My only criticism of this Warehouse kit is that it appears a little under scale when compared to the Parker's Lock Up Kit I bought previously.
