No 10 Station Road is part of our 1:76^th Low Relief (OO Gauge) railway range by Petite Properties…

Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

The kit also includes pre-cut external vernacular detailing, glazing & doors and features an aperture in the base for lighting.

The main carcass of this model is cut from 2mm MDF with the architectural detailing being from a high density card.

Height = 14.5 cm

Please note that the images show a constructed OO Gauge railway kit and also a completed/decorated basic house kit where additional craft items have been used, these additional craft items are not included within the kit.

What a Joy

Just built this and 2 others properties.It is nearly as good as scratch building,once you have built the carcass you have a bar pallet to finish as you please.FabulousBob Ranger (%27 %b %2018, %09:%Feb)

Makes a very nice shop

I agree with the other review. I sprayed mine white is represent a rendered wall. I made a little sign on my computer - "Yelland's Florist". A added some Noch flowers in white tubing to the window display. I finished the roof with some paper tiles from "Northeastern" before wrapping in chimneys in Redutex brick sheet.Mike Carter (%12 %b %2016, %10:%Dec)

Lovely Model

I bought thie little kit and a Railshow a couple of weeks ago. Im so glad I did, it is superb. It goes together without any problem, the instructions are clear. Im so happy with it, Im going to get myself a larger one.Tony Cousins (%27 %b %2016, %22:%Oct)
